Here & Now is the first in a two-part series of interviews with Guggenheim fellow and published author Leila Philip and internationally acclaimed sculptor Garth Evans (Metropolitan Museum of Art, MOMA, TATE..) about some of the ideas, themes, and motivations behind their collaboration, WATER RISING.
